Fundamentals is operated by Synapse Dynamics LLC. You can permanently delete your account directly in the app:
Open your profile, choose Settings, then Manage Account or Delete Account.
MacChoose Fundamentals → Settings, then Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app, email the address below from the email address associated with your account. Include your Fundamentals handle. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
We delete your account, profile, posts, comments, uploaded media, messages, community memberships, marketplace listings, notifications, and other personal data associated with the account. Deleting your account also removes entire direct-message conversations, including the other participants’ messages, and communities you own, including their content. Other communities remain, but your authored messages, reactions, and membership are removed. If in-app deletion is interrupted, sign in again and retry the deletion. A private record of the deletion operation remains to support retries and prevent continued access. Data that must be retained for fraud prevention, transaction records, disputes, or other legal obligations may be kept only for the required period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
